Machine tending
One cell serves up to four CNC machines. Doors, chucks, coolant and part inspection are ours; the machines stay yours and stay under warranty.
End-of-line
Weigh, label, verify, palletise. Format changeover in under nine minutes by an operator, without a laptop and without calling us.
Retrofit
A 2008 robot with a dead controller is a mechanical asset, not scrap. We re-axis, re-cable and re-certify. Roughly a third of a new cell.

Uptime is measured by the cell itself and mailed to you weekly, whether it flatters us or not. Every cell ships with its PLC project, its vision configuration and its documentation. If you never call us again, the line still runs.
